(Sioux Falls, SD) — The driver in a deadly Sioux Falls crash is facing charges. The crash happened May 8th at the intersection of East Arrowhead parkway and South Highland Avenue, killing two people and injuring four. Court records indicate 23-year-old Tayten Stebbins is facing multiple counts of DWI, first degree manslaughter, vehicular homicide, vehicular battery, and aggravated assault. Stebbins is also charged with unauthorized ingestion of cocaine. Police say Stebbins had a blood alcohol percentage nearly three times the legal limit at the time of the crash.
