(Bismarck, ND) — A former North Dakota prison guard is set to go to trial after being accused of smuggling contraband to inmates. Court records show 39-year-old Matthew Taylor pled not guilty Monday to delivery or possession with intent to deliver in a correctional facility and delivery of electronic device to an inmate.
