Wild Earn Point In Comeback Loss

(Tampa, FL) — The Wild scored two goals in the final three minutes of regulation to send their game against the Lightning to overtime in a 5-4 shootout loss. Kevin Fiala and Joel Eriksson Ek both netted shots to tie the game 4-4, but Minnesota was unable to score in both overtime and the shootout. Brandon Duhaime and Marcus Foligno also lit the lamp for Minnesota. The 11-6-and-1 Wild do pick up a point, and they remain at the top of the Central Division with 23 points. The Wild visit the Devils on Wednesday.
