(Sioux Falls, SD) — Two of the nine members of the South Dakota Board of Regents are speaking publicly about issues happening at Statue with state Colleges. Regent Tom Rave spoke to the Downtown Sioux Falls Rotary meeting yesterday morning. Regent and Rotarian Venhuizen also joined in the panel. The Republicans spoke about opportunity centers and lagging enrollment in South Dakota’s public universities. The fall, the system saw a decline of more than 120 students as part of a fourth consecutive year of declining enrollment.
