Fifth-Wheeler Blows Over In Rapids City Due To High Winds

(Rapid City, SD) — Traffic is back open on I-90 after a fifth-wheeler tipped over in high winds. The crash happened yesterday near mile marker 84 east of New Underwood, blocking traffic for a short time. Troopers were on the scene and were able to get moving again in mid-afternoon. No other details about the crash have been released.
