Nearly Six-Thousand Food Items Donated Through State Agency Competition

(Bismarck, ND) — Nearly six-thousand items are being donated to a Bismarck nonprofit after a friendly competition between state agencies. The state Auditor’s Office challenged other departments recently to see who could collect the most food items. Six offices participated with the Governor’s Office coming in first place. The items were donated yesterday to the Bismarck Emergency Food Pantry.
