Wolves Comeback Falls Short

(Dallas, TX) — The Timberwolves were defeated by the Dallas Mavericks 114-102 at American Airlines Center. After falling behind by 17 in the second half, the Wolves briefly led in the fourth quarter, but they quickly gave the lead back the Mavs. Karl-Anthony Towns finished with 26 points and 14 boards in a losing effort for Minnesota. The loss snaps a four-game winning streak for the Wolves, who visit the Jazz tomorrow night.
