Lincoln Residents Asking For Financial Audit By State

(Lincoln, ND) — Lincoln residents are asking for a financial audit by the state. North Dakota State Auditor Joshua Gallion says his office will audit the city’s finances. Gallion says 150 valid signatures of Lincoln residents were submitted March 16th, meeting the threshold required for a petition for an audit. North Dakota law allows voters in a city to request an audit by the state.
