Man Accused Of Tampering, Attacking Officer At Bismarck Airport

(Bismarck, ND) — A man is accused of tampering with the power supply at the Bismarck Airport and attacking a police officer. The alleged attack happened Monday morning, causing the officer involved to suffer bruising and cuts that required stitches. Bond is set at 50-thousand dollars cash for 34-year-old Christopher Fonseca, who authorities believe is homeless. He faces charges of felony simple assault on a peace officer and reckless endangerment, as well as misdemeanors for criminal mischief and carrying a concealed weapon.
