Noem Making Cabinet Changes, Keeps Miller As Chief Of Staff

(Pierre, SD) — Governor Kristi Noem is making changes to her cabinet. The governor’s office announced yesterday that Mark Miller will now serve as the permanent chief of staff. Miller previously served as Noem’s chief legal counsel and took over as chief of staff following the departure of Aaron Scheibe. Deputy general counsel Katie Husk will replace Miller as Noem’s chief legal counsel. The governor has also promoted Rachel Oglesby to chief of policy and Allen Cambon will serve as senior policy advisor.
