HOME-AMERICAN RESCUE PLAN ALLOCATION PLAN SEEKS PROPOSALS

FARGO, NORTH DAKOTA – The City of Fargo is seeking proposals for the HOME-American Rescue Plan (HOME-ARP) Allocation Plan. In an effort to reduce homelessness and increase housing stability across the country, the Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD) has allocated funds for a grant that is specifically intended to assist individuals or households who are currently homeless, at risk of homelessness and other vulnerable populations. All proposals will be evaluated based on the benefit to qualifying populations, project readiness, cost reasonableness and impact, activity management, experience, past performance and current resources.

The Notice of Funding Opportunity (NOFO) period is open from March 16 through March 31, 2022. Proposals are due no later than 11:59 p.m. on March 31, 2022. All proposals must be submitted electronically.
