Vikings Restructure Smith’s Contract

(Eagan, MN) — The Minnesota Vikings are creating six-million more dollars in cap space. The team restructured safety Harrison Smith’s contract yesterday by converting his eight-million dollar roster bonus into a signing bonus. The move allowed the Vikings to finalize some of the free agent signings that the team made this week. Smith made 114 tackles, had three sacks, and caught one interception in 2021.
