VIRTUAL PUBLIC INPUT HEARING TO BE HELD MARCH 24 TO SOLICIT INPUT ON SHARED-USE PATH NEAR BISON VILLAGE

FARGO, NORTH DAKOTA – The City of Fargo will facilitate a virtual public input meeting on Thursday, March 24, 2022. Community members are encouraged to provide input and comments related to the proposed improvement to The City of Fargo metro area path system from 32nd Avenue North to the intersection of 36th/37th Avenue North at 10th Street North (TAU-8-984(172)/SN-23-A1). This project will consist of building an off-road, shared-use path that will be 10 feet wide to connect the Bison Village neighborhood to the metro area path system.

A pre-recorded presentation and other materials will be available at The City of Fargo – Bison Village/10th Street North Shared Use Path (FargoND.gov) beginning on March 24, 2022.

The North Dakota Department of Transportation (NDDOT) will consider every request for reasonable accommodation to provide:

  • An accessible accommodation for people with disabilities;
  • Language interpretation for people with limited English proficiency (LEP), and;
  • Translations of written material necessary to access NDDOT programs and information.

Appropriate provisions will be considered when the Department is notified at least ten days prior to the date the written material translation is needed.
