Wolves Fall To Mavs

(Dallas, TX) — The Minnesota Timberwolves couldn’t close out their comeback attempt in a 110-108 loss to the Dallas Mavericks at American Airlines Center. The Wolves trailed by 16 in the second half, but they briefly took a three-point lead in the fourth quarter. Karl-Anthony Towns finished with 22 points in the loss as the Wolves drop to 42-and-31. They’re in seventh place in the Western Conference, just a half-game back of Denver for the six-seed. The Wolves are at home against the Suns tomorrow night.
