(Fargo, ND) — Brad Shaffer is out of the Fargo City Commission race. Shaffer announced yesterday that he is withdrawing for the race. The 62-year-old announced his run on February 21st. He has been a Fargo resident for more than 14 years and is a registered professional civil engineer in North Dakota and Minnesota.
