(Sioux Falls, SD) — South Dakota residents no longer have to pay fees to obtain a concealed carry license. Governor Kristi Noem signed a bill into law yesterday that repeals all concealed carry fees for residents. The bill was among more than a dozen referred to as tax reforms and Open for Business policies. The measures also include laws that allow unlicensed businesses to store alcoholic beverages and the direct sale of some home produced or home processed food or food products.
