Most Of South Dakota Under High Fire Risk

(Sioux Falls, SD) — Most of South Dakota is at a high risk for grassland fires. The National Weather Service issued a Red Flag Warning this week. That means there is a combination of dry fuels, high winds and low humidity. Fire officials say folks should avoid open burning, driving in tall grass and throwing cigarettes out the window.
