(Rapid City, SD) — A shooting suspect in Rapid City is being held on a one-million-dollar bond. Nineteen-year-old Quincy Bear Robe made his first court appearance Tuesday on charges of aggravated assault and commission of a felony while carrying a firearm. Police say he admitted to shooting the teenage victim at the Grand Gateway Hotel on Saturday morning. The victim is still in critical condition. Robe faces up to 40 years behind bars if convicted.
