Twins Beat Rays In Spring Training

(Fort Myers, FL) — The Minnesota Twins earned a 7-1 win over the Tampa Bay Rays in an exhibition game at Hammond Stadium. Bailey Ober got the start and gave up just one hit over three scoreless inning. Jorge Polanco had a two-run home run in the first inning, and Byron Buxton hit a double in the win. Tim Beckham also homered. The Twins improve to 3-and-5 in Spring Training, and they send Dylan Bundy to the mound against the Pirates today.
