Fiala’s OT Goal Lifts Wild Past Avalanche

(St. Paul, MN) — Kevin Fiala scored a game-winning goal in the first 15 seconds of overtime as the Wild beat the Avalanche 3-2 at the Xcel Energy Center. Ryan Hartman tied the game at two with under six minutes left in regulation to send the game to an extra frame. Kirill Kaprizov also scored as the Wild have won their last six games. Minnesota improves to 40-20-and-4 and will play Philadelphia tomorrow night.
