Twins Beat Red Sox

(Fort Myers, FL) — Carlos Correa made his first appearance in a Twins uniform as Minnesota beat the Boston Red Sox 6-3 in a Spring Training game at Hammond Stadium. Correa made a diving play in the first inning to get an out, and he had a single in the victory. Trevor Larnach hit a three-run home run in a five-run eighth inning. Joe Ryan started the game and pitched three hitless innings, and Devin Smeltzer got the win in relief. The Twins are off today.
