(Fargo, ND) — The Fargo Police Department’s online reporting system is now live. Community members can use the system to report low-level, low-priority crimes online. The department says the resource can be used when there is no public safety risk, if the reporting party isn’t witnessing a crime in progress, or if the suspect isn’t known. Chief David Zibolski says examples would be shoplifting or thefts from vehicles. The system is also a good way to inventory valuable property, especially if it has a serial number or means to be tracked.
