Wolves Hold Off Late Rockets Surge

(Houston, TX) — The Minnesota Timberwolves prevented the Rockets from completing a 27-point comeback in a 139-132 win at Toyota Center. Houston came within eight points with three-and-a-half minutes left in regulation before Minnesota sealed the win. Anthony Edwards had 33 points to lead the Wolves, while Karl-Anthony Towns chipped in with 28 points and 11 rebounds. Minnesota has won its last two games and sits a game-and-a-half back of Utah for the six-seed in the Western Conference at 45-and-34. The Wolves host the Wizards tomorrow night.
