(Bismarck, ND) — U.S. Senator Kevin Cramer says he intends to vote against the confirmation of Judge Ketanji Brown Jackson to the U.S. Supreme Court. The North Dakota Republican called her nomination “historic” Sunday but said he had fundamental differences with her views on how decisions from the bench should be made. Cramer says he worries that her “judicial philosophy is far to the left of anyone else on the court.”
