(Fort Myers, FL) — The Minnesota Twins gave up seven runs in the sixth inning of their 10-6 Spring Training loss to the Boston Red Sox. The Twins starters fared well in the spring finale, as Gio Urshela, Byron Buxton, and Carlos Correa all went deep. Additionally, Josh Winder made his case to be on the Opening Day roster, giving up just one run in a three-inning start. Minnesota heads back to the Twin Cities and will send Joe Ryan to the mound against the Mariners to begin the regular season. The Twin’s home opener is still officially scheduled for tomorrow despite the chance of inclement weather.
