Report: Twins Try To Add Paddack

(Minneapolis, MN) — The Minnesota Twins are trying to add another starting pitcher before the regular season begins. Ken Rosenthal reports that Minnesota is working on a trade that would send Padres pitcher Chris Paddack to the Twin Cities. Later reports added that Twins reliever Taylor Rogers could be involved in the trade that is likely to involve multiple players from each organization. The 26-year-old Paddack went 7-and-7 with a 5.07 ERA in 108-and-a-third innings last season. Meanwhile, Rogers was 2-and-4 with a 3.35 ERA and nine save before his season ended in July because of an injury.
