(Minneapolis, MN) — Patrick Beverley is finding himself lighter in the pocket. The Timberwolves guard has been fined 30-thousand-dollars by the NBA for “egregious use of profanity.” Beverley was trash-talking the LA Clippers in postgame comments to the media and on social media. The veteran point guard spent four seasons with the Clippers before being traded to Memphis and then being acquired by Minnesota. Beverley has been fined a total of 55-thousand-dollars by the league this week. On Tuesday, he was fined 25-grand for improper conduct toward a game official.
