(Bismarck, ND) — Snow removal efforts continuing across the state, as neighbors in Bismarck continue to dig each other out. Last week’s unseasonable spring snow storm left much of the state under piles of snow. Residents were shoveling and plowing late into the week and over the holiday weekend. State Highway Patrol is reporting two deaths along state highways on account of residents being trapped by snow in their cars.
