Twins Collapse Late In Loss To Boston

(Boston, MA) — The Minnesota Twins gave up six runs in the bottom of the eighth inning during an 8-1 loss to the Boston Red Sox at Fenway Park. Bailey Ober got the loss despite giving up just two unearned runs in six innings of work. Caleb Thielbar and Cody Stashak combined to give up seven hits out of the bullpen in the disastrous eighth. Meanwhile, Twins hitters managed just four hits in the game. Minnesota has lost four of their last five games, and the club sends Dylan Bundy to the mound against Boston again this morning.
