(Boston, MA) — The Minnesota Twins are down a starting pitcher. The team placed Sonny Gray on the ten-day injured list with tightness in his right hamstring. Gray was taken out of Saturday’s game against the Red Sox in the second-inning after alerting trainers to the soreness. Minnesota expects Gray to miss just one turn through the rotation. In a corresponding move, the Twins activated relief pitcher Cody Stashak from the injured list.
