(Fargo, ND) — A local veterans group is calling for the Cass County City Commission to expand their plan for the Fargo National Cemetery. The Fargo Memorial Honor Guard is expressing concerns, saying volunteers currently wait in their own vehicles between ceremonies, even in bitter cold temperatures. The need for an indoor facility, they say, is dire. Officials with the National Cemetery say they are waiting on more than two million dollars in donations to come in before they construct such a facility.
