North Dakota City Breaks Snowfall Record With Four Feet Of Snow

(Minot, ND) — While temperatures are heating up for most of the country as we get further into spring, one North Dakota city is being blanketed under layers of snow. Minot, which is located between the U.S. and Canada border and North Dakota’s capital, saw four feet of snow in within a week. The first storm on April 12th brought in 36 inches of snow while another storm on Easter Sunday brought in another foot. This marks an April snowfall record for Minot, smashing the previous one set in 2013 by almost 22 inches.
