(Kansas City, MO) — One run is all it took for the Twins to come away with a victory in Kansas City. Minnesota edged the Royals 1-0 at Kauffman Stadium. Miguel Sano drove in the lone run for Minnesota with a sacrifice fly, while Byron Buxton returned to the line-up for the first time after injuring his knee last week. Joe Ryan pitched six scoreless innings to pick up the win for the Twins. Minnesota improves to 5-and-8, and the club returns home to host the White Sox tonight. Bailey Ober gets the start for the Twins with the first pitch scheduled for 7:10PM.
