(Minot, ND) — Minot police say they’ve made an arrest in connection with a deadly shooting. Police say Heather Hoffman was taken into custody yesterday afternoon on Minot Air Force Base. Officials say Alexander Eckert was found shot to death early Friday morning in Minot’s northwest side. Hoffman is charged with felony murder.
