SD Supreme Court To Hear Arguments At South Dakota Mines Campus

(Rapid City, SD) — The South Dakota Supreme Court is convening at the School of Mines to hear arguments in six cases. The five-member court heard three cases yesterday and will hear three more today. One case involves the death of a child in April 2020, where the defendant is disputing whether he had the capacity to waive his Miranda rights.
