(Fargo, ND) — Fargo residents are sharing their concerns about street racing, speeding, and noise complaints in the community. The issues were discussed at a town hall meeting yesterday. Residents say much of the activity happens around University Drive and 52nd Avenue South. Fargo Police Chief David Zibolski says a plan is in place to bring back the Traffic Safety Unit in summer 2023. Partnerships with more agencies such as the North Dakota Highway Patrol are planned for this summer.
