Second Period Collapse Ends Wild’s Season

(St. Louis, MO) — The season is over for the Minnesota Wild. The team allowed three goals in a lifeless second period during a 5-1 loss to the Blues in game six of the first round in St. Louis. The Wild trailed by four entering the third period before Matt Dumba scored their only goal. The Wild lose the series 4-2 and their season comes to an end after the best regular season in franchise history.
