Power Surge Leads Twins Past White Sox

(Chicago, IL) — The Twins launched five home runs in an 8-2 rout of the White Sox in Chicago. Alex Kirilloff had two home runs, while Max Kepler, Jorge Polanco, and Jose Miranda also went deep. Josh Winder picked up the win after holding Chicago to just two runs in five innings of work. The Twins have won four of their last five games to improve to 47-and-37. They lead the AL Central by four-and-a-half games over the Cleveland Guardians. Joe Ryan takes the mound for the Twins against the Southsiders tonight.
