(Undated) — Former Vikings defensive lineman Jim Marshall is a candidate for the Pro Football Hall of Fame. Marshall is one of 25 senior candidates that will have another shot at Canton. He played for the Vikings from 1961 until 1979 and set an NFL record for most consecutive games played by a defensive player by appearing in 282 straight contests. The Hall of Fame will narrow its candidate list from 25 down to 12 on July 27th.
