Buxton, Arraez Earn All-Star Spots

(Undated) — The Twins will have a pair of players representing them at this year’s MLB All-Star Game in Los Angeles. Centerfielder Byron Buxton and first baseman Luis Arraez were both selected as reserves on the American League team yesterday. Buxton is hitting .215 with 23 home runs and 42 RBI this season, while Luis Arraez leads all of baseball with a .348 average. The All-Star game will be played on July 19th.
