Sioux Falls Telecom Company Linked To Illegal Robocalls

(Sioux Falls, SD) — An FCC investigation into illegal robocalls is pointing to a South Dakota company as the culprit. A cease-and-desist letter was filed and sent to South Dakota Telecom LLC in Sioux Falls recently. In that letter, the FCC says the company is a non-responsive provider sending out robocalls on behalf of one or more clients. The South Dakota company is reportedly linked to Wyoming-based Registered Agents Incorporated which is listed as a foreign business corporation.
