(Bismarck, ND) — A judge has rejected the plea deal of a Bismarck woman accused of mismanaging a daycare. Prosecutors say 51-year-old Holly Hendrickson ran a daycare called My Lil Players in 2020 when it was found over capacity by human services caseworkers, as well as reports of children and infants being left unsupervised or unaccounted for. Hendrickson pleaded guilty last Friday in exchange for a plea deal of two years’ probation. However, Judge Cynthia Feland has since denied the agreement. Hendrickson is now scheduled to face a jury in September.
