(Rapid City, SD) — A South Dakota man is facing charges of first-degree murder after a shooting in Rapid City. Forty-eight-year-old Stuart Cochran is accused of shooting another man in cold blood in Dewey County back on June 25th. The Cheyenne River Sioux Tribe Law Enforcement Services and the FBI are handling the case. Cochran is facing up to life in prison for the shooting.
