Sioux Falls Mayor Set To Present Proposed Budget

(Sioux Falls, SD) — Sioux Falls Mayor Paul TenHaken is set to present his proposed 2023 budget. TenHaken will put a 646-million dollar spending plan in front of the city council tomorrow. The proposal includes the hiring of 30 new full-time staff to deal with the city’s rapid growth. Construction work on South Veterans Parkway is also one of the items in the proposed budget. As part of his presentation, TenHaken will also outline the city’s five-year capital improvement plan.
