(Blaine, MN) The P-G-A Tour’s 3-M Open starts early this morning (6:50am) at the T-P-C Twin Cities course in Blaine. This is the fourth annual event, as the tourney dates back to 2019 when it went from a P-G-A Tour Champions event to a regular P-G-A Tour tourney. The winner of the four-round competition will receive 1.35-million-dollars. Cameron Champ is the defending champ and is back to defend his trophy. He tees at 12:44 P-M today. Fargo native Tom Hoge in one of the first threesomes to go out at 7:23 A-M, while Spring Lake Park graduate Troy Merritt will tee off at 7:45 A-M today. Former Gopher golfer Erik van Rooyen has withdrawn from the field. The Arnold Palmer-designed course is made to shoot low scores.
