(Fargo, ND) Maichael Yousa of Fargo who was shot by a North Dakota Highway Patrol trooper is in custody. Yousa was the driver of the pickup and he waved a gun around during a later traffic stop and drove off again and crashed into another vehicle. Yousa received treatment at a hospital before being taken to the Cass County jail. The trooper involved is Trooper Miles Rhonemus.
