(Bismarck, ND) — A Bismarck man is pleading guilty in connection with the death of a five-year-old. Russell James pled guilty yesterday to contributing to the deprivation or delinquency of a minor. James was one of three people in a home where Geremy Doyle died in February from battered child syndrome due to homicide. The other two suspects have pled not guilty and are awaiting trial.
