(Minot, ND) — An incident that happened after the cancellation of Kid Rock’s state fair concert could lead to charges. The Ward County Sheriff has issued a letter of trespass to a 45-year-old man who jumped on the stage. He has also been banned from the fairgrounds for the rest of the year. He hasn’t been arrested or charged. The State’s Attorney’s office is determining if criminal charges will be filed. The show was canceled Friday night due to safety concerns related to high winds and severe weather.
