Bismarck City Commission Moving Forward With Preliminary 2023 Budget

(Bismarck, ND) — The Bismarck City Commission is moving forward with a preliminary 2023 budget. The commission approved the budget this week, which focuses on public safety, cybersecurity, and equipment replacement. The budget also includes raises to retain city workers. No mill levy increases were approved. Commissioners also agreed to use reserves to support a homeless shelter in the city.
