(Bismarck, ND) — A District judge is temporarily blocking North Dakota’s abortion ban trigger law. The judge granted a temporary injunction against the law that would have gone into effect today. The Center for Reproductive Rights announced yesterday that abortion services will continue at the Red River Women’s Clinic in Fargo. The clinic was set to suspend services today with plans to move to a new facility across the border in Minnesota. Attorney General Drew Wrigley announced yesterday that he was recertifying the enactment of the law.
